Dr. Chang received her doctor of chiropractic degree from Logan University. She completed a research residency with National University of Health Sciences (NUHS). She received a clinical research methods certificate and a master of public health in health policy and administration from the University of Illinois. She has presented and has published in peer reviewed journals.
Her professional experience includes practicing in Virginia and Hawaii. Prior to entering chiropractic school she worked for Pfizer's department of immunology and infectious disease, the Wellman Center of Photomedicine at Massachusetts General Hospital, and Center for Cellular Neurobiology and Neurodegeneration Research at the University of Massachusetts as a research assistant. She is currently an assistant professor at National University of Health Sciences and teaches public health, medical genomics, and evidenced based practice.
